Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, complete with a nice touch in the luxurious bathroom. While the superior standard of the rooms may not always be consistent, overall, the hotel is very, very good, especially with the comfortable king-size bed. However, it was a bit unfortunate. The service was exceptional, offering room service, dry cleaning, and other convenient amenities. The location was quite convenient, allowing easy access to the main square and providing a pleasant surprise with Poznan in general, being right next to the old town. The dining experience was amazing, with clean and good value for money offerings, although the setup with the chef behind the plastic separator might not be ideal. The facilities were top-notch, providing a well-organized environment with plenty of choices.
